Golden Star Auto offers a 30-day Refund Policy/Warranty on all of the parts that we manufacture. These parts are not original replacement parts and are widely considered rust repair panels. The product that we manufacture are partial replacement panels that are widely used in the auto body repair business today.
Golden Star Auto guarantees our parts to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the part is installed and only when installed in accordance with accepted industry standards.
This warranty includes perforation (metal rust through) due to corrosion in normal use. If failure should occur, or a metal part develops perforation, simply provide proof of purchase along with the name of the business that installed the part and a new part will be provided without charge.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover labor and other incidental costs involved in installation. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply to any product failure or rust through resulting from:
- Accident damage;
- Improper installation;
- Damages during shipping;
- Misuse, abuse or alterations in any manner;
- Installation without proper undercoating, sealing or painting.
Golden Star Auto shall not be liable for any accidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of its parts. We strongly suggest that all parts be inspected and test fitted prior to painting or undercoating. All refund request must be made within 30 days of ordering your product.
We will not charge a restocking fee on orders returned within 30 days!
We will exchange any product found to be defective, but we assume no responsibility for any costs incurred in refinishing, installation or removal of said product. Please be aware that if you incorrectly ordered the wrong part you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Please call us if you have any questions.
